Absolutely not. Wild Pouches are 100% nicotine-free and 100% tobacco-free. Always have been, always will be. While the pouch format may look familiar to nicotine pouch users, our pouches contain zero nicotine, zero tobacco, and zero addictive substances. They’re powered by caffeine—that’s it.
Q: Can I use Wild Pouches to quit nicotine?
Many of our customers use Wild Pouches to help transition away from nicotine pouches like Zyn, On!, or Velo. Q: How much caffeine is in each pouch?
Wild Pouches are available in three caffeine strengths: 0mg (caffeine-free, for when you want the flavor and ritual without the buzz and are great for getting off nicotine without stimulants or if you want a pouch for at night), 60mg (about the same as a cup of green tea—smooth, no jitters), and 120mg (roughly equivalent to a strong cup of coffee). Our launch focus is the 60mg strength, which is the sweet spot for most people—enough energy to feel it, not so much that you’re bouncing off walls.
Q: How do I use a Wild Pouch?
Simple. Open the can, grab a pouch, and tuck it between your upper lip and gum. You’ll feel a burst of flavor right away. Leave it in for 20–60 minutes as the caffeine absorbs through the lining of your mouth. When you’re done, toss the pouch in the trash. No spitting required.
Q: How long does the energy last?
Most customers feel the effects within 5–10 minutes, with the energy lasting 1–3 hours depending on the caffeine strength and your personal metabolism. The 60mg pouch delivers a smooth, sustained lift without the spike-and-crash cycle of energy drinks.
Q: How many pouches can I use per day?
We recommend starting with 1–2 pouches and adjusting from there. For healthy adults, the FDA considers up to 400mg of caffeine per day as generally safe. That’s about six 60mg pouches or three 120mg pouches. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, start with our 0mg or 60mg options.
Q: Are they safe for daily use?
Yes. Wild Pouches are made with food-grade, GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) ingredients. They contain no tobacco, no nicotine, and no harmful chemicals. As with any caffeinated product, we recommend moderate consumption and advise pregnant or nursing women and individuals sensitive to caffeine to consult their doctor before use.
Q: Do I swallow or spit?
Neither! Just let the pouch sit. The caffeine and flavor absorb through your gum lining. You don’t need to spit, and you definitely don’t need to swallow the pouch. Some saliva is normal—just swallow as you would naturally. If you accidentally swallow a pouch, don’t worry—the ingredients are food-grade, but pouches aren’t designed to be eaten.

Every Wild Pouches can contains 20 pouches. That’s 25% more than most competitors (who typically pack 15 per can). At our subscription price, that works out to just $0.28 per pouch.
Q: What makes Wild Pouches different from other energy pouches?

Subscribe and save 40% on your first order and 10% on every order after that. Your pouches ship automatically every 6 weeks—just enough time to go through a 5-pack at a pouch-a-day pace. You can skip, pause, swap flavors, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard. No commitments, no contracts, no hassle.
Q: Can I change my subscription flavors?
Absolutely. Log in to your account, navigate to your subscription, and swap out any flavors before your next shipment processes. Want to try something new? Go for it.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay for fast, secure checkout.
Shipping
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $39. For orders under $39, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. Subscription orders always ship free.
Q: How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Returns & Satisfaction
Q: What if I don’t like the product?
We stand behind our pouches. If you’re not satisfied with your first order, contact us at hello@wild-pouches.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Q: Can I return an opened can?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you received a damaged or defective product, reach out and we’ll send a replacement right away.
